Like something from your mom's oven. Its Mothers Day! I'm sure most people say that their mom is a great cook, but oh well, I'll say mine is! Mom pulled out the stops tonight, making a dish that truely says that summer is on its way. Low and slow, pull apart bbq ribs and cajun boiled corn on the cob. Gotta hand it to that lady, she's amazing and so is her cooking!
My birthday is coming up in a few weeks, and I am preparing a fun party in the downtown area, and have been having issues with the cupcake providers in the area. Luckily my bff over at The Sugar Quill has offered to make them for me! Friday she is doing a trial run of my two favorite types of cupcakes, Coconut Cream Pie and Tiramisu! Hopefully she'll let me have a taste! :)
